This Privacy Policy describes how "PhotoSorter — AI Photo Organizer" (the "App") handles your information.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect or use the following information:
Photos & Videos: The App accesses your photo library to classify and organize photos. All analysis (OCR, image classification, barcode detection, face detection) is processed entirely on your device. No photo data is ever sent to external servers.
Location: EXIF metadata embedded in photos is used to display shooting locations on a map. The App does not use the device's location APIs (GPS, etc.). EXIF data is processed on-device only and never transmitted externally.
Camera: Used to take photos for instant AI classification. Captured photos are processed on-device only.
Local Learning Data: Data learned from your manual sorting (keyword dictionary, image feature cache) is stored only in local storage on your device. It is never sent externally. You can delete it anytime from Settings.
Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, etc. to serve personalized ads.
Feedback: Users who have supported via in-app purchase can send feedback to the developer through CloudKit. Only text content, app version, iOS version, and device model are sent. No personal information (Apple ID, email, etc.) is included.

3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for advertising. Please review their privacy policies:
We do not share personal information with any other third parties. Photo data, learning data, and location information are never sent externally.
4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
The App uses Apple's ATT framework to request tracking permission for personalized ads. All features remain fully available even if you decline tracking (ads will not be personalized).
5. Data Storage
All App data is stored in local storage on your device.
Learning data: Stored in Documents/LearningData/. Can be deleted from Settings.
User preferences: Stored in UserDefaults.
Classification results: Stored as custom albums in the Photos app.
Deleting the App removes all local data.
6. CloudKit Usage
The feedback feature uses Apple's CloudKit service. Feedback does not contain any personal information (Apple ID, email, etc.).
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
