本プライバシーポリシーは、「写真整理くん（PhotoSorter）」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集または利用する場合があります。

• 写真・動画: 本アプリは端末内の写真ライブラリにアクセスし、写真の分類・整理を行います。写真の分析（OCR、画像分類、バーコード検出、顔検出）は全て端末内で処理され、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。
• 位置情報: 写真に含まれる位置情報（EXIFメタデータ）を使用して、撮影場所を地図上に表示します。端末の位置情報API（GPS等）は使用しません。写真のEXIFデータは端末内でのみ利用され、外部に送信されません。
• カメラ: カメラで撮影した写真をAIで分類するために使用します。撮影した写真は端末内でのみ処理されます。
• ローカル学習データ: ユーザーの手動分類操作から学習したデータ（キーワード辞書、画像特徴量キャッシュ）は、端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。外部への送信は一切行いません。設定画面からいつでも削除できます。
• 広告に関する情報: 本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を配信しています。AdMob は端末の広告識別子（IDFA）、IPアドレス等を収集し、パーソナライズされた広告の表示に使用する場合があります。
• フィードバック: アプリ内課金でご支援いただいた方は、CloudKit を通じて開発者に要望を送信できます。送信されるのはテキスト内容、アプリバージョン、iOS バージョン、端末モデルのみで、Apple ID やメールアドレス等の個人情報は含まれません。

2. 情報の利用目的

• 写真の自動分類・整理機能の提供
• 撮影場所の地図表示
• スキャン精度向上のためのローカル学習
• 広告の配信および最適化
• 開発者へのフィードバック送信

3. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、広告配信のために以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

• Google AdMob

上記以外の第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。写真データ、学習データ、位置情報が外部に送信されることはありません。

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

iOS版では、パーソナライズされた広告配信のためにAppleのApp Tracking Transparency (ATT) フレームワークを使用してトラッキングの許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも、アプリの全機能をご利用いただけます（広告はパーソナライズされません）。

5. データの保存

本アプリのデータはすべて端末のローカルストレージに保存されます。

• 学習データ: Documents/LearningData/ に保存。設定画面から削除可能。
• ユーザー設定: UserDefaults に保存。
• 分類結果: 写真アプリのカスタムアルバムとして保存。

アプリを削除するとすべてのローカルデータが消去されます。

6. CloudKit の利用

フィードバック機能ではAppleのCloudKitサービスを利用します。CloudKitはAppleのインフラ上で動作し、送信されたフィードバックにユーザーの個人情報（Apple ID、メールアドレス等）は含まれません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

This Privacy Policy describes how "PhotoSorter — AI Photo Organizer" (the "App") handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect or use the following information:

• Photos & Videos: The App accesses your photo library to classify and organize photos. All analysis (OCR, image classification, barcode detection, face detection) is processed entirely on your device. No photo data is ever sent to external servers.
• Location: EXIF metadata embedded in photos is used to display shooting locations on a map. The App does not use the device's location APIs (GPS, etc.). EXIF data is processed on-device only and never transmitted externally.
• Camera: Used to take photos for instant AI classification. Captured photos are processed on-device only.
• Local Learning Data: Data learned from your manual sorting (keyword dictionary, image feature cache) is stored only in local storage on your device. It is never sent externally. You can delete it anytime from Settings.
• Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, etc. to serve personalized ads.
• Feedback: Users who have supported via in-app purchase can send feedback to the developer through CloudKit. Only text content, app version, iOS version, and device model are sent. No personal information (Apple ID, email, etc.) is included.

2. How We Use Information

• Providing automatic photo classification and organization
• Displaying shooting locations on a map
• Local learning to improve scan accuracy
• Serving and optimizing advertisements
• Sending feedback to the developer

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services for advertising. Please review their privacy policies:

• Google AdMob

We do not share personal information with any other third parties. Photo data, learning data, and location information are never sent externally.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App uses Apple's ATT framework to request tracking permission for personalized ads. All features remain fully available even if you decline tracking (ads will not be personalized).

5. Data Storage

All App data is stored in local storage on your device.

• Learning data: Stored in Documents/LearningData/. Can be deleted from Settings.
• User preferences: Stored in UserDefaults.
• Classification results: Stored as custom albums in the Photos app.

Deleting the App removes all local data.

6. CloudKit Usage

The feedback feature uses Apple's CloudKit service. Feedback does not contain any personal information (Apple ID, email, etc.).

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
