本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「ライブけし太（LiveCleaner）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、端末内のLive写真を通常の写真に変換、または動画として書き出すサービスを提供します。写真の処理は全て端末内で行われ、外部サーバーとの通信は行いません（広告配信を除く）。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリの利用には、iOS 18.0以降を搭載したiPhone/iPadが必要です。
• 写真ライブラリへのフルアクセス許可が必要です。

3. Live写真の変換・削除

• 本アプリはLive写真を通常の写真に変換し、カスタムアルバムに保存します。
• 「変換後に元のLive写真を削除」オプションをオンにした場合、元のLive写真が削除されます。削除された写真は写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」に30日間保持されます。
• 変換結果の品質や完全性を保証するものではありません。重要な写真は事前にバックアップをお勧めします。

4. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの全機能は無料でご利用いただけます。
• アプリ内課金（「中の人にコーヒーを」）は開発者への任意の支援であり、追加機能の解放ではありません。
• 購入は消耗型のため、返金はAppleの規定に従います。
• 支援者には開発者への要望送信機能が提供されます。

5. 免責事項

• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（写真の消失を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
• サービスの中断、変更、終了について事前の通知なく行う場合があります。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "LiveCleaner - Live Photo Cleaner" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App converts Live Photos to regular photos or exports them as video clips. All processing is performed locally on your device with no external server communication (except for ad delivery).

2. Requirements

• An iPhone/iPad running iOS 18.0 or later is required.
• Full photo library access permission is required.

3. Live Photo Conversion & Deletion

• The App converts Live Photos to regular photos and saves them in custom albums.
• If "Delete original Live Photo after conversion" is enabled, the original Live Photo will be deleted. Deleted photos remain in the "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days.
• The quality and completeness of conversion results are not guaranteed. We recommend backing up important photos beforehand.

4. In-App Purchases

• All App features are available for free.
• In-app purchases ("Buy the Dev a Coffee") are optional tips to support the developer, not feature unlocks.
• Purchases are consumable. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
• Supporters gain access to a feedback feature to send requests to the developer.

5. Disclaimer

• The developer is not liable for any damages (including photo loss) arising from the use of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The service may be interrupted, modified, or terminated without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
