本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「自由に立体視トレーニング」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、交差法・平行法による立体視トレーニング機能を提供します。ユーザーが選択した写真・動画を使って立体視表示を行うことができます。写真・動画データは端末内でのみ使用され、外部サーバーとの通信は行いません（広告配信を除く）。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリの利用には、iOS 17.0以降を搭載したiPhoneが必要です。
• 写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可が必要です（トレーニング素材の選択のため）。

3. 健康上の注意

• 立体視トレーニングは医療行為ではありません。視力の改善を保証するものではありません。
• 目の疲れ、頭痛、めまい等を感じた場合は、直ちに使用を中止してください。
• 目の疾患がある方は、使用前に医師にご相談ください。
• 長時間の連続使用は避け、適度に休憩をとってください。

4. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの全機能は無料でご利用いただけます。
• アプリ内課金（「中の人にコーヒーを」）は開発者への任意の支援であり、追加機能の解放ではありません。
• 購入は消耗型のため、返金はAppleの規定に従います。

5. 写真・動画データの取り扱い

• ユーザーが選択した写真・動画は、立体視表示のためにのみ使用されます。
• 写真・動画データは外部に送信・保存されることはありません。
• トレーニング記録は端末のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。

6. 免責事項

• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（視力への影響を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
• サービスの中断、変更、終了について事前の通知なく行う場合があります。

7. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "MyPicture 3D Eye Training" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App provides stereoscopic (cross-eyed and parallel) eye training features. You can use your own photos and videos for stereoscopic display. Photo and video data is used only on your device with no external server communication (except for ad delivery).

2. Requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later is required.
• Photo library access permission is required (for selecting training materials).

3. Health Precautions

• Stereoscopic training is not a medical treatment. No improvement in eyesight is guaranteed.
• If you experience eye strain, headaches, or dizziness, stop using the App immediately.
• If you have any eye conditions, consult a doctor before use.
• Avoid prolonged continuous use and take regular breaks.

4. In-App Purchases

• All App features are available for free.
• In-app purchases ("Buy the Dev a Coffee") are optional tips to support the developer, not feature unlocks.
• Purchases are consumable. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

5. Photo & Video Data Handling

• Photos and videos you select are used solely for stereoscopic display.
• Photo and video data is never sent to or stored on external servers.
• Training records are stored only in local storage on your device.

6. Disclaimer

• The developer is not liable for any damages (including effects on eyesight) arising from the use of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The service may be interrupted, modified, or terminated without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
