本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「波読くん - 舟券予想支援アプリ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、競艇（ボートレース）の潮位・天気情報の閲覧、および買目数の計算を支援するツールです。潮位データ・天気データは外部APIから取得します。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリの利用には、iOS 17.0以降を搭載したiPhoneが必要です。
• 天気・潮位データの取得にはインターネット接続が必要です。

3. 対象年齢

本アプリは17歳以上を対象としています。公営競技（競艇）に関する情報を扱うため、未成年者の舟券購入を推奨・助長するものではありません。舟券の購入は20歳以上の方に限られます（モーターボート競走法）。

4. 予想・計算結果に関する免責

• 本アプリは舟券の的中を保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリが提供する潮位・天気情報、計算結果はあくまで参考情報です。
• 舟券の購入はユーザー自身の判断と責任において行ってください。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた金銭的損失について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
• データの正確性・完全性・最新性を保証するものではありません。外部APIの障害やデータ更新の遅延により、不正確な情報が表示される場合があります。

5. ギャンブル依存に関する注意

公営競技は適度に楽しみましょう。ギャンブル依存が心配な方は、以下の相談窓口にご連絡ください。

6. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの全機能は無料でご利用いただけます。
• アプリ内課金（「中の人にコーヒーを」）は開発者への任意の支援であり、追加機能の解放ではありません。
• 購入は消耗型のため、返金はAppleの規定に従います。

7. データの取り扱い

• ユーザー設定（選択地点・テーマ等）は端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 天気・潮位データの取得には Open-Meteo API および tide736.net を使用します。これらのリクエストに個人を特定する情報は含まれません。

8. 免責事項

• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
• サービスの中断、変更、終了について事前の通知なく行う場合があります。
• 外部APIの仕様変更・サービス停止により、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

9. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

10. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

11. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Namiyomi — Boat Race Tide & Weather" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App provides tide and weather information for boat racing venues, along with bet combination calculators. Tide and weather data is fetched from external APIs.

2. Requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later is required.
• An internet connection is required for fetching weather and tide data.

3. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. It provides information related to public boat racing (kyotei) but does not encourage or promote betting by minors. Purchasing boat race tickets is restricted to persons aged 20 or older under Japanese law (Motorboat Racing Act).

4. Disclaimer Regarding Predictions & Calculations

• The App does not guarantee any betting outcomes.
• Tide and weather information and calculation results are provided for reference only.
• Betting decisions are made at your own judgment and risk.
• The developer assumes no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from the use of the App.
• The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data is not guaranteed. External API outages or delays may result in inaccurate information.

5. Responsible Gambling

Please enjoy public racing responsibly. If you are concerned about gambling addiction, please contact the appropriate support services in your country.

6. In-App Purchases

• All App features are available for free.
• In-app purchases ("Buy the Dev a Coffee") are optional tips to support the developer, not feature unlocks.
• Purchases are consumable. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

7. Data Handling

• User preferences (selected venues, themes, etc.) are stored only on your device.
• Weather and tide data is fetched from Open-Meteo API and tide736.net. These requests do not include personally identifiable information.

8. Disclaimer

• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The service may be interrupted, modified, or terminated without prior notice.
• Some features may become unavailable due to changes or discontinuation of external APIs.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
