本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「写真整理くん（PhotoSorter）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、端末内の写真をAIで自動分類・整理するサービスを提供します。写真の分析は全て端末内で行われ、外部サーバーとの通信は行いません（広告配信を除く）。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリの利用には、iOS 18.0以降を搭載したiPhoneが必要です。
• 写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可が必要です。
• 一部機能（マップ表示）には位置情報の許可が必要です。
• 一部機能（カメラ撮影）にはカメラへのアクセス許可が必要です。

3. AI分類の精度

本アプリのAI分類機能は、写真の内容を100%正確に判別することを保証するものではありません。分類結果は参考情報としてご利用ください。重要な写真の管理には、ユーザーご自身での確認をお願いいたします。

4. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの全機能は無料でご利用いただけます。
• アプリ内課金（「中の人にコーヒーを」）は開発者への任意の支援であり、追加機能の解放ではありません。
• 購入は消耗型のため、返金はAppleの規定に従います。
• 支援者には開発者への要望送信機能が提供されます。

5. 学習データ

本アプリはユーザーの手動分類操作から学習し、スキャン精度を向上させます。学習データは端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。設定画面からいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると学習データも消去されます。

6. 写真データの取り扱い

• 本アプリは写真アプリのカスタムアルバムを作成・管理します。
• アルバムの削除操作では、アルバムのみが削除され、写真本体は写真ライブラリに残ります。
• 本アプリが写真本体を削除することはありません。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
• サービスの中断、変更、終了について事前の通知なく行う場合があります。

8. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

9. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。

10. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "PhotoSorter — AI Photo Organizer" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App provides AI-powered automatic photo classification and organization on your device. All photo analysis is performed locally on your device with no external server communication (except for ad delivery).

2. Requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later is required.
• Photo library access permission is required.
• Some features (Map view) require location permission.
• Some features (Camera scan) require camera access permission.

3. AI Classification Accuracy

The App's AI classification does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Classification results are provided as reference. Please verify important photo organization manually.

4. In-App Purchases

• All App features are available for free.
• In-app purchases ("Buy the Dev a Coffee") are optional tips to support the developer, not feature unlocks.
• Purchases are consumable. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
• Supporters gain access to a feedback feature to send requests to the developer.

5. Learning Data

The App learns from your manual classification corrections to improve scan accuracy. Learning data is stored only on your device and never sent externally. You can delete it anytime from Settings. Deleting the App also removes all learning data.

6. Photo Data Handling

• The App creates and manages custom albums in the Photos app.
• Deleting an album only removes the album — photos remain in your library.
• The App never deletes your actual photos.

7. Disclaimer

• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The service may be interrupted, modified, or terminated without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
